About Joy

Art is what helps me get through the day. I’m a self taught artist based in Richmond, Ky. I’ve exhibited in many galleries throughout Texas prior to moving to Kentucky.. I work mainly with acrylic, acrylic gouache and watercolor. My subject matters range from landscapes, flowers, animals, and sometimes portraits.

I love experimenting with new materials so that I keep my creative process interesting. Because lets be honest….I would be bored with the same outcome every time I paint.
